Meet Our Team

Pamela Rosario

Pamela Rosario is an AANP board-certified family nurse practitioner with more than 20 years of nursing experience. She has worked in internal medicine and family practice for the last eight years and joined Wellness Diagnostics and Medispa a few months after they opened their doors in Temecula in 2018. Here, she trained in injectables and laser therapies under the watchful eye of Dr. Tumbaga. She obtained additional training for injectables at National Laser Institute in Scottsdale, AZ. With her strong background in internal and family medicine, Pam also works closely with Dr. Tumbaga to provide concierge care for our patients. She loves to teach patients about different options for their desired outcomes and believes the best patient is the informed patient. Pam is a strong proponent for regenerative medicine, believing in the body’s innate ability to heal itself.

Floyd Rosario

Floyd Rosario is a registered nurse whose nursing career has spanned over 15 years. He began as an LVN in pediatrics and expanded his horizons to case management, weight loss, and home health. After achieving his RN license, Floyd’s interest in aesthetics and regenerative medicine led him to Wellness Diagnostics and Medispa. He is a strong believer in the body’s ability to heal itself, having had the personal experience of having back surgery following his years serving in the U.S. Air Force, and working in the Aerospace Physiology department as a hypo/hyperbaric chamber technician. He developed an understanding and appreciation of how hypo/hyperbaric oxygen therapy helped his body to heal. As the IV infusion RN for Wellness Diagnostics and Medispa, Floyd administers IV nutrition for a range of health benefits, including weight loss, increased energy levels, immunity, and hydration. From an aesthetic viewpoint, Floyd appreciates being able to enhance a person’s natural beauty using different modalities, from injectables to laser treatments.
